We were instructed by a returning client for whom we had previously undertaken residential and industrial development projects. Delighted with our work on previous projects we were commissioned to undertake this bespoke new build family home.
Every aspect of this exciting one-off new build project has seen the use of the best available materials and construction techniques. At all stages of the project, we assisted the client with their design and specification choices to ensure the end result was a stunning, high specification individual family home. We are pleased to confirm our client is delighted with the outcome and are now happily settled in their new home.
The project started with concept design. The brief was simple, demolish the existing tired 1960’s style property and replace with a bespoke designed individual 4 bedroomed family home. Our design team worked with the client to produce the design that can be seen in the images, 3D visuals were also provided to help the client throughout each stage of the project. The result was a stunning individual family home incorporating a wealth of energy efficient features and all the client’s high specification finishes and fittings.
Once planning permission had been secured our construction and project management team commenced on site. The first job was to undertake the controlled removal of Asbestos Containing Materials; making way for demolition of the existing dwelling. The teams progressed well to get the property watertight during some less than desirable weather. The concrete beam and block first floor really made a difference to this project, our client was very keen to reduce noise transfer from first floor to ground floor. Once watertight we could commence with the internal fit out.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, high ceilings and suspended ceiling systems. This project has been particularly rewarding for our construction and project management team who have relished the opportunity to work on a prestigious, one-off bespoke build such as this.
