Client Testimony

Project

The project began with an on-site assessment of the damage in collaboration with the client.

Once this had been conducted, a plan was developed inclusive of design and construction to address and repair all areas of Tracey’s home.
Initially, the property was completely stripped out of it’s flooring and plastering, with enabling works taking place ready for the renovation.

The renovation stage of the project included a structural alteration to an existing wall, first fix plumbing and electrics, installation of a floating floor throughout, topped with floor coverings chosen by the client. This was followed by full bathroom fit out, second fix carpentry and new doors, and finally artex ceiling removal and re-skim, followed by a complete redecoration of the whole property.

Conclusion

We’re very pleased that Tracey chose to seek our help with this project, and like her, we’re proud of the result. A project with some unique challenges such as a complete dry out before works commenced, but nevertheless a great opportunity to demonstrate our expertise in all kinds of construction.

Following this project, Tracey asked if we’d assist with a renovation of her shop front on Purfleet Street, Kings Lynn
