After receiving the enquiry, one of our Project Managers visited the client at their home to survey the project and get a full understanding of their wants and needs. It became clear from this meeting that the client wanted to dovetail the new space with their existing patio, creating a seamless finish.
Once everyone was on the same page in terms of design, it was passed onto our estimating team who created a bespoke budget to suit all aspects of the job. Once drafted, the project value was agreed with the client who subsequently issued instruction to begin works on site.
In terms of the project itself, the patio has been finished in resin, a popular choice when it comes to hardstanding due to its permeable qualities and low maintenance requirements. We also added the tegular edging sets where the new patio abuts to the existing, which helps to give that seamless finish. Atop the resin we supplied and installed a brand new hot tub and pergola, providing the services connections for these fixtures as well.
